To access this area, click here and read the guide. Types of Interactions x Time Here, the types of interactions passing through the STILINGUE Smart Care area within the filter interval are displayed, considering the interaction collection date. The quantity of interactions is shown from inboxes, comments, among others. Interactions will be related to the pages you selected in the report filter. Not all interactions are common to all social networks. Note: The following interactions: "mentions" and "visitor reviews" are included within Publications, which appears in the graph. At the top of the graph, you can select only interactions of certain statuses, in addition to "proprietary" and "non-proprietary". Even with this division among types of interactions, it is important to highlight that in certain filters, the conversation value may differ when comparing the numbers from the Report and the conversation counter (available in the My Conversations area). This occurs because in the STILINGUE Smart Care interface, proprietary interactions that are not part of a conversation are not returned.
