Total Transitions to Status - Ticket & Annotations Report February 02, 2024 15:04 Updated Discover the most important charts for analyzing the STILINGUE Smart Care operation One of the main objectives within the Reporting area in STILINGUE Smart Care is to allow the combination of different service data for practical analysis. This is possible by understanding how some of the charts in this area work. Learn how to access the Report by clicking here to read the guide. Total Transitions to Status Here, you can check how many times a status has been changed within the date range of the filter. If the conversation was answered, put on wait, completed, etc. It should be noted that in the same conversation, there can be multiple status changes. Therefore, this chart will show the total changes and not the total number of conversations. When exporting this data, it's important to keep in mind that only the last status change for each ticket is counted in the export. Therefore, some of these changes may not be displayed in the exported report. Note: The data presented in this chart will show all actions taken within the selected filter period. If the operations made are not within the filter date, they will not appear in the report. Example: If in April you handled a conversation from March, that conversation will appear in the April chart since the status change was made in April, not March.
