Tickets Volume by Tags With this graph, you can track the most frequent demands of your operation, as well as check the period of initiated conversations (within the filter date), and the tags that received the highest number of annotations in these conversations. If you have specific tags for problematic conversations or to map a market crisis, this graph can help identify the actions taken to reduce possible issues found in services where a particular tag was applied. The goal of the graph is to show the conversations initiated within the filter and the tags that received the highest number of classifications in these conversations. The points on the graph indicate how many times the tag was marked in the selected period's calls. In addition to presenting the value for each conversation, the graph's layout makes it easy to see which tag stands out compared to others. An interesting option is to choose between conversations: non-proprietary, proprietary, and all available statuses in the system. Tags are presented according to their highest recurrence; the system allows you to filter with the options you would like to analyze. This choice enables you to create a kind of filter within the graph, analyzing only the essential data for your operation. Next to the top right icon, select the tags that will appear (at a time) in the graph: It is possible to select a maximum of 25 (twenty-five) tags that you would like to view at a time.
