Actions on the Publication Card May 09, 2024 13:23 Updated Learn how to categorize, edit, and respond individually to posts on your Wall. When accessing the Publication Wall of Listening, you can view the posts and also categorize them at a more basic level, in addition to accessing other navigation functions for the collected content. See below in the image: 1. Gender Here you can define the gender of the publication's author as male, female, or organization. 2. Sentiment The icons of Positive, Neutral, and Negative determine the sentiment classification of the collected post. 3. Reply to comment A box will open just below for sending the response. This function is only valid for Twitter accounts and will not be enabled in this area if there are no proprietary pages connected to the account. 4. Check Mark the publication as checked. 5. Spy You will be redirected to the publication on the social network or portal where it was collected. Note: The lock option works differently for Facebook Lives. In these cases, if you click on the lock of a comment made on a live, you will be redirected to the publication of the live itself, not to the comment. 6. Other actions In this icon, you have access to other ways to classify the publication: 6.1. Copy the publication ID to save or use in filters; 6.2. Forward the publication for scheduling. You can enter the date, text, tag, and choose between: "save draft," "schedule publication," or "publish now"; 6.3. Copy the original link of the publication to send to someone or export it; 6.4. Export the publication to a spreadsheet; 7. Remove Delete the publication. 8. Ban user Ban the author of the publication. After being banned, the tool will no longer collect anything about this author, including Listening or any area of the tool and all collected publications will be deleted. Note: When banning a user from STILINGUE, that user's posts are removed from the client's search. However, when this banned user mentions the owner's page, comments made in this user's mention continue to be collected because, even though the mention is excluded due to banning, it remains in the collection queue for 30 days, resulting in the collection of comments in that mention. The collection of comments from this mention that the banned user made continues for up to 30 days after the mention (the collection rule we have today). Therefore, in cases where clients aim not to collect comments in mention, this workaround of banning the user does not work.
