Editing and Classification - Publication Filter May 08, 2024 13:51 Updated Find the publications classified by you and your team in the Listening Publication Filter. The Publication Filter is a feature available in the Listening areas that assists you in combining data to find specific publications according to the parameters you choose. You can merge information such as publication date, type of interactions, annotated publications, among many others. To access it in Listening, go to the tab. Locate the filter icon on the right side of the page: 1. Files Within the Classify area, you have the option to create a Sample File of collected publications. In Files, you can easily access these created files. Select the file you would like to view from the filter. It is important to note that searching for a file may not return results if no publication from that file relates to the filter parameters. 2. Sorted by You can search for your team's operators who have made manual classifications in publications. To find them, simply select the name. 3. Ratings The pencil symbol that appears in this area refers to the annotation that the operator made on a publication. Once they annotate a publication (in the Classify area) such as adding a theme, deleting or adding a tag, among others, the system transforms that publication into an annotated one. This function helps locate publications that have been handled in some way by someone. By clicking on the pencil to make it blue, you search for publications that have already been annotated. By clicking again, making it red, you start searching for publications that have never been annotated. If you want to find deleted publications, click on the trash can. It will turn red, and you can find these publications. 4. Checked To search for checked publications, manually marked with the check symbol, click on the icon to make it blue. This way, it will bring the publications checked by you or someone on your team. If you want to search for publications that have not been checked yet, click again to turn it red.
