Export Center May 20, 2024 13:41 Updated Learn how to go beyond what the Publication's Wall offers and export up to 1 million posts. The Publications Wall allows the export of up to 30,000 publications from your search. However, if you have a larger volume to be analyzed, an option is to use the Export Center: this way, you can export up to 1 million posts at once. You can find the Export Center in the sidebar, under the Publications tab: This area lists the created exports and has some functions to analyze the generated files: 1. New Export Click on "New Export" to configure the filter for your export. The Publications Filter will open, where you can choose which relevant information will be exported, such as: the period, location (city, state, region, and country), interests, Groups, Themes, and other parameters. Click on Zoom to preview the posts and also to see the volume of publications that will be exported. When you click "Create", choose a name for your file and complete the process by clicking "Export": After creating the file, monitor the process status through the Status bar. Upon refreshing the page, the status is updated. You can download the link from the Center as soon as it reaches 100%, but alternatively, you will also receive an email directing you to the export file: To better understand which data will be present in your export, consult this guide. 2. Search Enter the name of an export file to locate it. 3. Pagination Specifies how many files per page you want to display (from 10 to 100). 4. Creation date Creation date of the file. Click to change the sorting from oldest to newest. 5. Name Informs the name of the files. Click to organize the display by alphabetical order. 6. Filter Displays details about the filter used to create the file, such as: date range, sentiment, Groups, Themes, channels, and other parameters. 7. Posts Volume of publications in each file. Click to organize the display by this parameter. 8. Status Informs the condition of the export file. Shortly after creation, the status displays a loading bar until the file is available for use and transitions to the "Ready" status. After seven (7) days, the file expires and will show the status as "Expired", but you can always go back and create a new version. 9. Link Once the file is created and in the "Ready" status, you can download your export for seven (7) days. After this period, the link will expire along with the file. If you're interested, you can export a larger volume of publications by generating multiple files with 1 million publications each. Attention! The Hub is a feature designed to export files with a large volume of publications. If the selected filter has up to 30 thousand publications, we recommend exporting within the Publications Wall for a more efficient operation. The SLA for making the generated file available is 24 hours from the export request time. Note: One of the columns in the generated export is the "Polarity of Groups." This column will only show sentiment classification (Negative and Positive) if you manually classify publications that are "News" within the Press area. Therefore, it is common for this column to be filled as "Neutral," as most classifications are done automatically, and this classification does not apply to social media.
