Track the status of the posts brought in your search through the sidebar menu in the Listening area and manage your limit quickly.

STILINGUE has brought an opportunity for you to have more visibility into the collected data and limits of your search. Thinking about improving your autonomy in managing the collected posts, some relevant information is available on the platform to bring you the collection results firsthand. This means more convenience for you and your team.

The information is located in the sidebar menu in the Publications Wall area of Listening:

 

 

Display

1. Collected data 

  • Listening 

It is important to emphasize that the calculation in Listening corresponds to open sea (organic) posts. In this space, posts from proprietary pages can also be collected if the posts (open sea and proprietary) are related to the terms entered in the Groups - within the Search Configuration.

  • Owners 

As for Owners data, it is the general collection of posts from pages present in the Proprietary Metrics module, including comments. 

Note:  collection is counted individually, meaning a Listening post will not be counted twice if it corresponds to a collection made in Proprietary Metrics.

 

2. Limit

Here, the panel limit is displayed as detailed in your plan's contract for the analyzed search, either based on the total volume of publications or the established monthly quantity. The bar indicates the volume of collected publications so far in relation to the total number of this limit. 

An important point is the color of the bar, highlighting how much space is left for publications to be collected: 

  • When the search still has space for collection, the bar is green;
  • When the bar reaches 70% of collection, it turns yellow;
  • When it reaches 90%, it turns red; 
  • When it reaches 100%, it stays red.

 

Attention! Upon reaching 100% collection in Listening, the search will be paused. If the search reaches 100% collection in Proprietary Metrics, the progress bar will turn red, but the search will not be paused. 

For both cases, you will be notified with warning messages on the home page of the Publication Wall (when reaching 70%, 90%, and 100%). Additionally, if the search reaches 100% collection, an email will be sent notifying about the search being blocked.

 

 

Unlocking search

To resume collecting publications for your search, you have the option to contact your Account Manager and review panel limits or send a message to the support team via the platform chat for clarification. Furthermore, the Help Center has material that shows some options to free up space in the search. 

Note: After deleting publications from the search, the menu will be updated within 4 hours.
