Influencer Dossier - Social Performance Metrics May 08, 2024 14:12 Updated Discover the key data for analyzing influencer behavior on social media Within the Influencer Dossier, next to the "My Profile" tab, you will find the Social Performance Metrics. In this section, graphs will be presented indicating the influencer's performance according to parameters established by STILINGUE. Access the guide to locate the Dossier within the tool. Social Performance Metrics 1. Likes The channel with the highest performance is prominently displayed in the center, with the influencer compared to other publishers on the left. 2. Comments This metric will show the average number of comments per publication. In some cards, you may find "N/A" in the metrics, which stands for "Not Available." This means that the influencer in question has no publications for the metric in the period. 3. Shares Here, you can check how often the influencer's posts are "spread" by the audience. In the center, we will have the highest performance of shares per publication. 4. Views Here, the highest performance of the publisher in video views per publication is presented. 5. Composite Reach In Composite Reach, you can check the number of followers of the influencer, distributed by channel. In the circle, the reach obtained through each channel is shown, while the total reach is in the center of the graph. On the left side, this publisher is compared to other influencers using the same metric. 6. Quality radar The ranking to the left of the metrics is independent on each card because it is relative to the metric used. In the quality radar, these metrics have been gathered to provide a summary of the influencer. The classification works as follows: the further towards the edge the metric is, the higher the influencer will be in the ranking. To find out the exact ranking of the influencer, simply hover the cursor over the corresponding area on the radar. A new box will display the information, as shown in the image above. 7. Effective reach Presents the quantity of interactions - likes, comments, views (in video), and shares - achieved by the influencer during the analyzed period. In the circle, this metric shows the reach obtained through likes, comments, shares, and post views. On the left side, this publisher is compared to other publishers using the same metric. While composite reach sees the influencer's followers distributed across channels, effective reach focuses on the interactions of this influencer. 8. Productivity in post creation It is possible to observe on which social network the influencer stands out the most, considering the flow of publication on the networks. 9. Longevity of interactions Here, the average lifespan of publications in the analyzed period is calculated, taking into account the audience's interaction. This area shows how many days, on average, a publication stops receiving interactions. 10. Responsiveness to comments Does the influencer interact with their followers? This metric calculates responsiveness based on the quantity of comments and responses issued by the influencer. 11. Average weighted engagement Engagement is obtained by the total interactions (likes, comments, and shares) divided by the number of followers. The result is presented in the center.
