Card details
Learn where to find key information related to a publication.
The collected publications are available on the Wall in the form of cards, where you can take various actions such as editing, responding, or deleting a publication. The card also provides important metrics about the publisher and the posted content:
1. View original
By clicking on the image at the top of the card, you can view the image in the original publication. Here, you can also access other images from the same publication, in the case of carousel content. To perform this action, use the arrows displayed on the sides or drag the image to the side.
2. View publication
Redirects to a new page showing the publication within the network where it was collected. The icon represents the respective social network.
3. View Dossier
Redirects to the Influencer's Dossier, where additional information about the user is available.
Note: The dossier may not always be presented in this area. When the publication belongs to a user who appears anonymous on the platform, the dossier will not be displayed.
4. Verification seal
For verified profiles and pages, the icon will appear after the username.
5. Language
Displays the language of the collected post, according to the language detection performed by STILINGUE Artificial Intelligence. In the case of posts considered as mixed language (e.g., in English and Portuguese), the displayed language will be the one with the highest weight in the system evaluation.
6. Location
Displays geolocation information of the publisher. This information will only be presented on the card when confirmed by the page through check-in, which includes Brazilian cities and states as well as cities, states, and/or countries in Spanish-speaking regions.
7. Read full publication
Opens the text of the publication within the tool.
8. Registered tags
This space contains the tags for this publication. You also have the option to add another tag to the publication.
9. Likes/Reactions
Displays the number of likes on the post. In the case of Facebook, you can click on the icon to view different reactions (Love, Like, Wow, etc.).
10. Shares
Number of shares of the publication.
Note: Regarding Twitter, you can enable the collection of retweets in your search. By doing this, only follower metrics will appear on the publication card. Other metrics such as likes, shares, and comments will not be present in any retweet and will be marked as N/A.
11. Comments
Number of comments on the publication.
12. Views
In video publications, it shows the number of views.
Observation: For Facebook, Meta's API returns the number of views for posts, even for posts in video format. This means that the view count represents the number of times that post was viewed and not necessarily the number of times the video was played.
The video may not have even started, or it may have only begun autoplay, for example, which already counts as a view.
13. Followers
Number of followers of the publisher. This number applies to all users who, at the time of collection, have followers.
14. Group
Displays the Groups in which the publication was collected.
Note: If a publication is related to more than one Group or Theme selected in the publication filter, it will appear on the Wall, and these Groups and Themes will be presented on the card.
Example: If a publication is classified with two different Groups, both will appear on the card even if only one of these Groups is selected in the filter.
To prevent any of these Groups from being shown on the card, it is necessary to negate the Group in the filter. It is important to note that this action will limit any publication that contains the negated Group, even if the publication also has a Group selected in the filter.
15. Theme
Shows the Themes in which the publication has been classified.

Updates
Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube: the first update of social metrics takes place 30 minutes after post collection. After that, the update occurs every 24 hours for 7 days, provided that the publication has a minimum of 10 interactions. In addition to this metric, the number of followers of a profile is updated each time the publication is collected, provided that the profile has at least 2000 followers.
Therefore, if the post does not reach 10 interactions within 30 minutes after collection, its social metrics will not be updated.
Instagram: the first update of social metrics occurs 30 minutes after the publication is collected. After that, the update occurs every 24 hours for 7 days (except for AAA influencers' posts, whose metrics are not updated for 7 days) - in the case of Instagram, there is no minimum interaction requirement. In addition to this metric, the number of followers for a profile is updated each time the post is collected, provided that the profile has at least 1000 followers.
The collection via hashtag will continue without updates.
It is also important to note that the follower metrics for Instagram posts will not be displayed in the following situations:
- if the post has been collected via hashtag;
- if the post is a proprietary mention classified in Listening.
It may happen that a post collected via hashtag or proprietary mention classified in Listening has its follower metric updated. This occurs because there is a product rule that updates the metrics of existing influencers in other databases.
Still regarding updates, it is not possible to determine the time at which the metrics of posts are updated in the system.
Limiting comments
The comment's metrics in Listening are not updated, regardless of the social network where it was posted. The value observed at the time of collection will be maintained. For example, if a comment had 10 reactions when it was collected, it will always be displayed with that value.
