Mural and Publication Order May 20, 2024 13:54 Updated Index: How it works Viewing order with filters How it works Discover new possibilities for organizing and analyzing the publications from your research The Mural is the space where publications collected by the tool are made available, according to the chosen filter and the terms registered within the research. Through the filters, you can find a publication through text search, Groups, or Themes, among various possibilities. Learn how to access the Listening by clicking on the tab. To access the filter, click on the funnel icon (highlighted at the top of the page, as shown in the image below). At the top of the Mural, there are features that greatly facilitate the navigation and analysis of these publications: Viewing order with filters By clicking on each of the options, the system will display the publications in a specific sequence, according to the limitations of each API: in the case of Twitter, for example, publications cannot be ordered by +Commented as the social network does not consider this metric. You can choose from the following viewing criteria: 1. +Hot These are publications that are still resonating in the network - that is, with significant user interaction - regardless of the day they were made. 2. +New Chronological order from the most recent publication in the filter. 3. +Old Chronological order from the oldest publication in the filter. 4. +AAA Descending order of the level of influence (within the research) of users who posted these publications. 5. +Interactions Descending order of publications with the highest number of interactions, considering the sum of likes, shares, and comments. 6. +Likes Descending order of publications with the highest number of likes. 7. +Shares Descending order of publications with the highest number of shares. 8. +Comments Descending order of publications with the highest number of comments. 9. +Followers/Subscribers Descending order of the number of followers of users who posted these publications. Note: when a proprietary page connected to the platform is registered in the Search Configuration through a Network Operator in a specific Group, all publications made by this page will be collected by the Group, including Dark posts and dynamic posts. Additionally, publications from proprietary pages not registered in Groups whose terms coincide with the descriptors of the Search Configuration will also be collected. The type of publication will be indicated on its card, and therefore, we may find cards of paid publications in the Listening Publication Wall.
