Where - Publications Filter May 07, 2024 15:15 Updated Visualize your Wall according to the location of the publications collected in your search. The Publication Filter is a feature available in the Listening areas that assists you in combining data to find specific publications according to the parameters you choose. You can merge information such as publication date, type of interactions, annotated publications, among many others. Locate the filter icon on the right side of the page: 1. Channels Select the publications by the channels where they were made. Here, you can choose among: social media, blogs, comments, and others. You can remove the marking of a channel so that it is not considered in the search. 2. Locations For this option, the following are available: Brazilian localities, including cities, states, and hamlets. The collection also applies to Spanish-speaking countries, the United States, and England. Location data, however, is only collected in posts where users set the locations. Without the geolocator enabled at the time of posting, it is not possible to record the exact location. If a post with a location outside the mentioned countries is collected in the search, it means that a profile linked to one of these countries (potentially even a national profile) made a post in another country with the geolocator activated. 3. Language detected Specify the language you would like to search for in the collected publications. STILINGUE offers the option to collect in Portuguese, Spanish, or both. However, only customers with the Stilingue Spanish service can collect and view posts in Spanish. 4. Devices You can choose whether to filter publications made through a computer (desktop) or mobile device (mobile).
