Highlighting, Grouping, and Exporting May 07, 2024 14:45 Updated Visualize your search terms with ease, optimize classification time, and learn how to export publications. In addition to options to sort publications, the Listening Publication Wall offers features for grouping and highlighting to facilitate searching, viewing, and subsequent classification of publications in a search. This way, you save time for your analyses within the tool. Moreover, it's also possible to export publications to a spreadsheet if needed. Check out the possibilities below, which appear beneath the sorting tabs: 1. Highlight terms If you leave this option enabled, the tool will highlight words in the publication in two ways: bold (terms registered in your search configuration within Groups or Themes and were collected - or classified - in publications) or underlined (terms considered relevant within the publication, identified by syntactic and semantic relevance by our Artificial Intelligence engine). The same term can also appear with both characteristics (underlined and bold). A term can also appear in bold even if it is registered only in a Theme, for example. Tip: This functionality is useful for understanding why a publication was collected in your search, in case there is any doubt about whether it should have been collected or not. 2. Grouping publications By enabling this function, the tool groups publications made by the same user or that have the same text, as is the case with RTs on Twitter, for example. In the first case, the card records in parentheses the number of times the user has published. By clicking on the highlighted number in the screenshot, the Influencer Dossier will be displayed with the profile and more information about the user. When the text is the same, "x" is placed in front of the number. So if a post has four RTs, it appears on the card: "x 4". In the example below, the same text was posted at two different times: As grouped posts are now displayed "together," if you are viewing 20 posts at a time, other posts also count in the Wall. To increase grouping chances, select the view of 60 posts per page. 3. Replies When accessing the "advanced options" on the card, you have the option to reply to the comment. This function is only enabled for Twitter if you have a profile connected to the tool. To view a reply, just click "Replied." This way, only posts replied to in "advanced options" appear on the wall. 4. Export publications With this command, you can export up to 30 thousand posts in CSV format. If you want to export up to 1 million posts at once, you need to access the Export Center.
