Remove and Restore - Multiple Editing May 08, 2024 12:08 Updated See how to remove and restore publications and annotations in bulk, optimizing your operations. Multiple Editing is part of Classify, allowing various posts to be changed, removed, and restored simultaneously. It's a valuable feature in situations with a significant volume of posts that need to be grouped under the same topic, for example: Haters, Crisis, or Doubt. Access the Multiple Editing guide to learn the first steps about this functionality. If you've completed this step, learn how to Remove posts, Restore posts, and Classify. To delete a set of posts in bulk, simply click on the Remove icon (which will turn red): By clicking on Filtered, the publications displayed by the filter will be removed from the search. If you decide to click on Selected, manually choose the publications you want to delete by clicking on each one. Regardless of the option chosen, there is no limit to the number of publications that will be removed in the operation. Attention! In this case, it's important to note that only 100 publications can be marked at a time for deletion. Also, remember that when changing pages, the publications are not retained, so we recommend that you delete the publications before making the switch. The recommended time for panel cleanup is up to 24 hours. In the case of classification parameters, the process is different: to remove a Group from a specific publication (or more than one), access the Groups list and double-click on the selection until it turns red. For Themes, follow the same procedure: In the area of Interest and Tags, you need to put the operator (-) in front of the term you want to negate and select it in the text box. The terms will appear in red. It's possible to restore the removed publications in the panel using Multiple Editing: When filtering removed publications, the "Restore" icon will appear within the publication card. Simply click on the icon, and the publications is restored to the panel. In Multiple Editing, when filtering removed publications, the "Restore" icon will appear, which, when clicked, will turn blue when active. This way, when performing annotations on selected or filtered publications, they will be restored to the dashboard. If you classify a Theme or Tag and realize that this action needs to be undone, simply select those posts again and place the same term with a minus sign in front, for example: test, and the classification action will be undone. Attention! The trash bin needs to be deactivated to delete only the tag or theme. If the trash bin is activated, you will also delete the post.
