Data Collected from Facebook - Proprietary Metrics

Proprietary Metrics is the STILINGUE area where you will have access to various metrics that display information about the performance of your proprietary page according to the desired date range.

See below which metrics are collected by your proprietary Facebook page, which are not, their limitations, and how their updates work.

 

Platform collection SLA:

  • STILINGUE Smart Care and Proprietary Metrics

All collection channels have a 95% SLA between average time and time limit (indicated below). The collection expectation is 99.0% of posts within 24 hours after the time limit. It is important to note that the social network mentioned in this guide may not necessarily be available in the STILINGUE Smart Care module. 

 

Note: the "Update" column should also be considered to identify the date range and the amount of data collected at the time the proprietary page is connected.

Creatives

 

 Yes No Creatives are dark posts with the termination "dco_ad_id" in their links. They are collected if they have at least 1 comment.  
Events No - Data provided by a specific API distinct from the one currently used by STILINGUE. -

Photo-type posts No -    
Posts in albums Yes Yes, as long as the webhook from a photo comment is received. When more than one photo is inserted in the same post, the network transforms the group of images into an album. Regarding collection, only the post that appears in the  feed of the page, referring to the album, is collected in a guaranteed manner. The collection of this single post follows the rule of collecting proprietary organic posts.  
Posts from pages with multiple locations No   These pages comprise a main page along with others that act as "branch pages." It is not possible to collect posts from these pages.

*The Meta API returns the view count of posts, even for posts in video format. This means that the view count represents the number of times that post has been viewed, not necessarily the number of times the video has been played.

The video may not have been played at all, or it may have just started autoplay, for example, which already counts as a view.
