Engagement Pyramid - Proprietary Metrics February 15, 2024 12:34 Updated Understand the relationship between impressions and reach within the area that analyzes the performance of your proprietary pages. The Proprietary Metrics area brings together your pages connected to STILINGUE and displays important graphs to monitor user engagement with published content, whether organic or paid. One of these graphs is the Engagement Pyramid, available in the Overview module. Engagement Pyramid The engagement pyramid represents user impressions of the page. This metric is divided into: 1. Total reach Represents the number of unique users who had the content of the proprietary page (or related to it) displayed on their screens. Total reach applies to both organic and paid posts, considering that if a user sees 1 organic publication and 1 paid publication, it will be counted as only 1 for Reach, as it is the same user accessing the publication twice. Additionally, total reach contributes to the calculation of Average Reach, as Average Reach is represented by the following formula: Average Reach = Total reach / number of days in the filter. The value of Total Reach, divided by the number of days in the filter, yields the Average Reach: Example: 3.280.296 / 30 = 109.343,2 This is the value of Average Reach, a metric provided by Facebook that appears above the Engagement Pyramid: Note: the metrics displayed in the Facebook Insights area regarding Reach are different from those presented by STILINGUE: in the Insights area, videos are shown separately, and the metrics for people reached represent an estimate. In STILINGUE, videos published during the filter period are also counted as publications and appear in the Overview. 2. Total impressions The total number of times the content of the posts appeared on the user's screen (considering unique users) within the filtered period. This data accounts for all the page's publications. 3. Engaged users The total number of users who clicked anywhere on proprietary publications, taking into account the number of likes, comments, and shares. This metric is directly provided by the Facebook API and refers to all the page's publications accessed during the period analyzed by the filter.
