Dynamic Facebook Ads Collection - Proprietary Metrics February 07, 2024 13:07 Updated Learn how dynamic ad collection works for your Facebook proprietary page within STILINGUE. Proprietary Metrics is the STILINGUE area where you have access to various data displaying relevant information about the performance of your proprietary page. What is a Dynamic Ad? The dynamic ad is a type of ad created within Facebook. Visually, there is no difference compared to other ads, but it allows you to create a template that uses images and details of the items to be advertised. Ads are displayed automatically and customized for each person who has shown interest on the website, app, or other places on the internet. In this format, there is no need to create an individual ad for each promoted item, as it allows multiple products to be advertised simultaneously. Note: the collection of a dynamic ad by STILINGUE is guaranteed as long as the ad has at least one interaction (like, comment, or share). If there is no interaction, the dynamic ad can be collected, but there is no guarantee. The interactions are not collected. It is worth mentioning that it is possible to collect retrospective data from dynamic ads. In this case, the last 100 ads that received any type of interaction, such as a like or comment, are collected. Currently, there is no retrospective data for comments made on dynamic ads. If you work with this type of publication, you can find it on your dashboard with the blue mask icon. This icon differentiates the dynamic ad from a common dark post (as can be seen below): Currently, in the collection of dynamic ads, the only metrics always displayed are likes and the number of comments. Facebook's API does not provide different reactions like "loved," "haha," etc. It is important to remember that Facebook's dynamic ad metrics are updated every 15 minutes. Metrics for the last 100 posts or those of the last 30 days will be updated (whichever reaches the limit first). These values are the same for other types of Facebook proprietary posts (normal page posts, dark posts, reviews, visitor posts, and mentions). This type of publication has a specific data collection API, which is only identified through comment collection. In other words, only ads that have received some comment are collected. Due to this particularity, KPIs are displayed only on dynamic ads that have this data collected. Note: ads collected from retrospective searches will not display KPIs. You can view the metrics provided by the social network's API by hovering the cursor over the desired area, as shown in the figure below: For more information, visit the discussion on the subject at our community or videos on our channel. 😃 Related articles Classification Tree Sending WhatsApp Active Messages on Blip Desk FAQs - Proprietary Metrics Collection of Dark Posts Data Collected from Facebook - Proprietary Metrics
