Evaluation Analysis - Facebook February 05, 2024 13:04 Updated Index: Review Analysis Reviewed Publication Get data on the reviews that are made on your Facebook business page. Within Facebook, users can submit reviews about business pages to rate the services or products offered by them. To access, search for "Reviews" in the sidebar: Review Analysis o access, go to the reviews card and click on "View Service": 1. Service in this publication Number of conversations generated from the review. 2. Distribution by themes Classification of comments based on a theme included in the Search Configuration. 3. Distribution by tags Classification of comments based on a tag included in the Search Configuration. 4. KPIs The acronym KPI stands for "Key Performance Indicator," or key performance indicator. This metric is used to measure the results of a specific process. Note: when accessing the "View services" option directly on the publication card in the Proprietary Metrics module, you will find different metrics for the networks. For instance, Instagram metrics are different from those present on Twitter. This change is due to the difference between the original metrics of each network. 4.1 Reach Number of users who viewed a publication on your page. The user is counted as a unique user, meaning that even if they have seen the same publication more than once, it will be considered only once. 4.2 Frequency Metric that refers to the division of impressions by Reach: Frequency = Impressions / Reach 4.3 Interactions Sum of likes, comments, and shares. 4.4 Post Clicks Number of times the publication was clicked by the user. This metric is updated for 30 days from the publication date, provided it is among the last 100 made by the page. 4.5 Engagement The following calculation is considered to determine the engagement of the publication: Engagement = Likes + (comments x 1.5) + (shares x 2) / reach of the publication 4.6 Impressions Number of times the publication was viewed by the user. Here, all instances in which the same user viewed the publication are considered, unlike reach. 4.7 Views If the publication is a video, the number of views the video received. 4.8 Relevance This metric is currently not provided by Facebook currently. 4.9 Sentiment Sentiment classified for the publication, divided into: Positive, Neutral, or Negative. 5. Representation by: 5.1 Term Graph Most used terms in the publication. 5.2 Wordcloud You can choose another term visualization format by selecting the word cloud. 6. Distribution between priority and polarity The chart relates the priority of interaction to the sentiment attributed to it. Reviewed Publication The evaluation is highlighted and can be annotated by you or another person on your team.
