Multiple Editing - Proprietary Metrics

Bulk classify interactions made on your proprietary pages 

In the Proprietary Metrics section, besides seeing your page's performance in terms of engagement, you can also respond to and classify interactions. Refer to the guide All Comments to understand these possibilities.

Then, open the Multiple Editing option, located in the bottom right corner of the screen, next to the chat:

To apply edits to interactions, click on the interaction to select it, or use the select all option (found in the filter) (item 8).

1. Themes 

By choosing a theme, you include this new theme in all selected interactions (shown below). 

2. Tags

Selecting a tag includes it in the tags already applied to the interaction. 

3. Status 

Change the status of multiple interactions at the same time. 

4. Responder

Just like in Status, you can change the Responder of interactions. 

5. Sentiment 

Change the sentiment of interactions. 

6. Criticality 

By selecting criticality, you can switch it.

7. Checked

Another option is to mark multiple interactions as checked at the same time. 

8. Select all 

By clicking here, you select all interactions according to the applied filter on the same page to be changed simultaneously through the edits.

9. Apply to selected comments 

Finish editing by applying the new rule to interactions. 

10. Cancel

Cancel the edit, returning to the original classification.
