The Proprietary Metrics module is an area within STILINGUE dedicated to analyzing interactions on connected pages. Locate the "Inbox" section in the side menu: Just like in the Publications section, you have the option to sort the messages you would like to see first. Publication card 1. Photo Photo available on the social network. By clicking on the photo, you are redirected to view this inbox message within Facebook. 3. Name Name of the user who interacted as it appears on the social network. By clicking on the name, you are redirected to view this inbox within Facebook. 4. Ticket number Service Request Number. By clicking, you copy the sequence to your computer's clipboard. Additionally, each color indicates a status of the conversation. The platform status is divided into: Pending, Open, Ignored, Waiting, Answered, and Closed. 5. Date Day and time when the inbox message was sent. 6. Message Text of the last message sent, either by the page user or the response created by you or your team. 7. Read Publication Clicking in this area allows you to view the entire message, in case the text is compressed in the card space. Additionally, you can access the link that directs directly to the inbox message on the social network. 8. View full conversation You can respond to the user on another screen. In addition to exporting the data (maximum of 30,000 interactions), you can classify and send messages from here. Important! It is not possible to respond to the inbox message after 7 days using the platform, only directly through the social network. This is a limitation of the Facebook API.
