Analyze the daily interactions of your pages and compare the results
The Proprietary Metrics module groups your company's proprietary pages so that you can locate relevant information on various social networks.
In the side menu, click on "Interaction Rate" in the Publications Analysis section:
Interaction Rate
Here is the breakdown of the total interactions by the reach of the posts each day. In other words:
Interaction Rate = Total Interactions / Reach (per day)
1. Chart period
Select the period you would like to see on the graph: daily, weekly, and monthly.
2. Export
You can export the complete report (as an image) or export it in CSV format.
3. Reload card
Refresh the chart information so that the most recent data is displayed.
4. Export button
Here it is possible to export the chart directly and quickly, choosing from various formats, including image and CSV.
5. Interactions
The sum of likes, comments, and shares.
6. Interaction Rate
Value representing the division of Total Interactions by Daily Reach (per day).
Zoom
By clicking on any row, you can access the Zoom and get more information about the day you want to analyze.
Additionally, by clicking on the chart legend, you can choose which data you want to view and which ones you want to hide:
Table
If you want to view the data in a list, you can see the Interaction Rate Table:
1. Export
Export the content directly from the table in CSV format.
2. Show
You can choose to view between 5 and 100 pieces of data at once.
3. Search
Search for the numbers presented on the graph using the field.
