Wordcloud - Facebook

Discover the words with the greatest impact in the comments on your proprietary posts 

In the Proprietary Metrics section, you can see which words are being used most frequently by page users in the comments on posts. The Wordcloud chart displays prominent words that can provide quick insights into your company's campaigns and content strategies. 

It's important to note that terms may be highlighted by size (larger terms are mentioned more frequently) or by color (terms highlighted in a more intense orange shade have greater impact).

In the sidebar, click on "Wordcloud" within the Publications Analysis section:

1. Export chart 

Export only the chart image or choose another format below. You can also view export fields, divided by chart criteria. 

2. Reload card

Refresh the chart information so that the most recent data is displayed. 

3. Zoom

To understand the origins of the highlighted terms, you can click on any of them. After that, you will be redirected to the zoom area, which expands the information you are looking for and provides more details about its origin:

Clicking on the term "Data," you can see the frequency with which it has been used and in what context:

Additionally, you can view comments on the Zoom Publications Wall:

1. Export

Export the content in CSV format through the table. 

2. Show

You can choose to view between 5 to 100 pieces of data at once. 

3. Search

Search for the numbers presented on the graph using the field.
