Business Portfolio (Business Manager or Business Manager)is Meta's tool manager, Each company can have its own.

The setup process is simple, just follow these steps:

  1. Access business.facebook.com/overview and select Create account.
  2. Enter your name and confirm your identity with your personal Facebook login credentials.
  3. Follow the prompts to create your business account.

If you need to create a new portfolio, ensure the name is similar to the corporate reasonor fancy name from the company; avoid names like “So-and-So’s Business Manager”, as these will not be accepted. If your company is within the BM of another company and/or agency, by creating your own Business Portfolio for us to carry out the process, you will not cause any interference in the management of pages, ads and other accounts within these other managers.

 

I already have a Business Portfolio

If you already have a portfolio or if you've just created an account for your company, make sure you have admin access. If you do not have access and it is not possible for someone to give you full control access, another administrator will need to carry out the WhatsApp API activation process.

 

Also, check that your company information is correct, in company information page. The business name, address and website must be filled out correctly, so that it is similar or the same as the data that appears on the company's CNPJ card. If you have questions,visit the Federal Revenue website and check your company's CNPJ card. To edit the information, follow this step by step. 

 

 

Pay attention when filling out the website: the website must be written completely. To ensure it is correct, open the website in a browser tab, copy the URL and paste it into the corresponding field on the company information page. This way, you can avoid problems such as deactivation or restriction of your WhatsApp account.
