If the client wishes to change the brand’s username on Instagram, it’s important to pay attention to the information below.

What the client needs to do:

Change the username on Instagram;
Reconnect the page on Stilingue (must have all permissions on BM — details here);
Activate the page on the dashboard.

The impacts of changing the brand’s Instagram username are:

For a short period of time (up to 5 minutes after the username change and reconnection), collected interactions might be classified as non-proprietary (external) data. This happens because Stilingue's system memory will still have the previous username information.
Past interactions will remain associated with the old username and cannot be changed.
