By connecting Blip to Meta, Google, and/or TikTok, your media strategy begins to use real conversation data to enhance demand generation, improve ROAS, and optimize conversational marketing campaigns.Whenever a user starts a conversation with the brand, these interactions are converted into insights that continuously feed campaign optimization. When we talk about ad optimization, we refer to the process where platform algorithms use conversational signals to identify which audiences are more likely to engage and convert. The more relevant signals sent, the better the campaign’s distribution and performance tend to be. In this context, Blip enables the sending of multiple conversational signals, enriching the algorithms’ learning, increasing ad delivery precision, and driving results for Click to WhatsApp campaigns. Managing Events for Online Ad OptimizationBlip provides conversational intelligence to optimize your online ads. Currently, this intelligence can be extracted through relevant lead interactions throughout the conversational flow, such as conversation and conversion events.See how to transform conversational intelligence into conversation and conversion events here. 1. Types of Events That Generate Conversational IntelligenceConversion Events: The conversion event is the stage in the conversation defined as the ad’s success goal, counted whenever a lead reaches this point in the flow. At this moment, the selected event will be sent to Meta, Google, and TikTok and used to optimize ad delivery. Additionally, conversions will be counted and displayed in ad performance reports, allowing for more detailed analysis of conversational marketing strategies. 2. How to Use the Conversion Event for Optimization on Meta, Google, and TikTokTo select the conversion event for Meta, Google, and TikTok ads, follow this procedure: Go to the Event Manager menu and choose the channel. Locate the Conversion Event section. In the Event (category) field, search for and select the desired event. All events created in the conversation flow will be listed, and the name shown will be what was configured as "category" in the event record. Note: The conversion event will only be listed if there is at least one record made by the platform. That is, a lead must have converted at least once for the platform to create the event and enable its listing. You can perform a "test conversion" with your WhatsApp number just to enable the event, as the test will not be linked to the campaign. However, this will register an event in other platform modules like Analytics and Service Reports. Evaluate whether to apply this method. In the Optimization Type field, select one of the listed options: lead or purchase. These are the objectives established by Meta for ad optimization, respecting what the brand expects as a result. To confirm the selection, click the Save button. 3. How to Use the Conversation Event for Optimization on Meta, Google, and TikTokConversation events are any conversation stages relevant to analyzing your ad. Whenever a lead from an ad reaches any of the selected stages, Blip will send the signal to Meta, Google, and TikTok, allowing conversation data to be used for measurement in Meta Ads Manager.Conversation events are not considered conversions and, as a best practice, should be stages that precede conversion, like funnel building. To configure and select conversation events, follow these steps: Access the Event Manager menu and choose the desired channel. Locate the configuration available in the Conversation Event section. In the Event (category) field, search for and select the desired event. The listed name will correspond to what was configured as "category" in the event record. In the Channel Default Event field, select one of the predefined actions by Meta, Google, or TikTok that Blip recognizes as valid for campaigns. The goal is to map how your flow event (Event 'category') should be interpreted by Meta, associating it with one of these standard events. If you want to add more events, click the New Event button and repeat filling out the fields. You can add up to 10 events. To confirm your selections, click the Save button. 4. Signals ReportThe signals report gathers all your conversation and conversion events that Blip is sending to the Meta, Google, and TikTok channels. With this report, you gain more visibility into which events are being shared with media channels and contributing to optimizing your conversions. To extract the information, follow these steps: Click Report. A CSV file will be automatically generated, containing all signals sent in the last 90 days. 5.
