Technical requirements To run the solution you need: Get to know / have access to the Blip platform to build the conversational flow; Know / have access on the Blip platform for chatbot settings; Solution Description Conversion Event via Blip Desk With Click Tracker, it is also possible to configure a conversion event so that the click tracker report data includes the conversion result obtained through WhatsApp ads. There are several ways to implement a conversion event, one of them is through the features of the Attendance module >Tags de Tickets where the attendant can categorize the ticket in the Blip Desk with a conversion tag (example of tag “Ganho”), indicating the conversion. Set up a conversion event in Click Tracker In addition to ticket categorization, it is also necessary to implement an action in the service chatbot Builder so that the conversion event is created on the platform. Follow the steps below to configure this case: Configuring a Ticket tag As described in the topic Tags de Tickets, you need to create a tag that will be used to classify a successful conversion. To do so, access the module Service no chatbot and em General Settings, create a new tag that represents lead conversion: Configuring the Builder Now access the builder and after the block of Human Service in the Builder, add a new block called “Process Post-Service” (suggestion) and direct all human service conditions to it: In the “Process After Call Call” block, add an input action of type “event registration”: Configure the action event registration this way: According to the print , we are configuring a category of event named "Lead Converted” and your action will register the channel user identifier, that is, the phone number of this contact. Configure Click Tracker Now the last step is to configure the Click Tracker through the router of the chatbot in the module Growth in Click Tracker. As the event will be linked to a Facebook Ads campaign, there is no problem if you perform a “dummy conversion” with your WhatsApp number just to enable the event, as in your test it will not be linked to the campaign.
