Introduction
STILINGUE Smart Care gathers important collection channels to improve the performance of your customer service team - or potential customer - for your brand. With the possibility of collecting and responding to comments on Threads posts in one place, you stay closer to the user, expand contact possibilities, and build real conversations.
Threads is a social network focused on real-time public conversations, where users can post short messages and interact through replies, likes, and shares. Integrated with Instagram, it allows creating posts with text, links, images, and videos, in addition to following discussions and profiles of interest in a format similar to forums or microblogs.
STILINGUE offers the ease of responding to these users and classifying interactions in the same place: STILINGUE Smart Care, an area developed to gather interactions from other proprietary social networks.
How it works
The first step to start collecting comments is to have the page connected through the My Connections area.
Threads is a specific collection channel for the response and analysis area of STILINGUE Smart Care. Therefore, for an interaction to be collected, the user must comment on a post of the connected page directly on Threads.
Collected comments can be accessed and replied to via STILINGUE Smart Care.
Viewing your messages in STILINGUE
It is not necessary to activate this option within the Settings area, only to select it within the Conversation Filter:
1. Channel
Select Threads as the collection channel.
2. Pages
Choose the page(s) for which you would like to view the collected comments.
3. Interaction
Next, check the “Comments” option. Important! When a new comment is collected immediately after connecting the page, the system also performs an automatic retroactive update of the conversation from up to 2 days prior so that the operator has historical context.
Responding via STILINGUE Smart Care
As with other interactions from other social media channels, you will be able to use various features along with the response to Threads comments.
Check out some of them:
Add saved responses;
Send saved images;
Check the message;
Add themes and tags;

Change the respondent, criticality, and Status;
Create and access internal notes;
View image and video.
Limitations and specifications
The Threads API imposes some restrictions for responding to comments.
Volume limitation
Calls to the Threads API are counted against the call count of a specific app. An app's call count, unique for each pair of app and app user, is the number of calls made during a 24-hour window. The calculation is performed as follows:
Calls within 24 hours = 4800 * Number of Impressions
Number of Impressions is the number of times content from the user's Threads account appeared on a person's screen in the last 24 hours. Volume limitation may also be subject to the total CPU time per day:
720000 * number_of_impressions for total_cputime
2880000 * Number of Impressions for total_time
Note: the minimum value is 10 impressions (therefore, if there are fewer than 10 impressions, it is predefined to 10).
