  • You have “Administrator” access on the page where you want to activate the button.
  • You have “Administrator” access to the Facebook Business Manager where your page is associated - only if your page is linked to a Business Manager.

To check your permissions and verify if your page is associated with a Business Manager, access your page settings and click on “Administrative Roles.”

 

How to connect your WhatsApp number to your Facebook Page

 

To link your WhatsApp Business API account with your Facebook page, you can follow the step-by-step guide below:

1. Navigate to your Facebook Business Page.

2. Click on “More Tools,” located in the left menu:

 

3. Then, click on “Page Settings” and subsequently, click on “WhatsApp”:

 

4. On the next screen, provide your WhatsApp number and click “Continue.”

 

5. Now, you need to collect the code sent to your WhatsApp. Access your Blip chatbot, where the number was activated, and click on “Contacts”:

 

6. After clicking on Contacts, select the first contact that appears in the list.

In the URL, replace the number that appears with the number 447710173736 and press Enter:

 

7. When the page loads, access the conversation history and collect the code sent by WhatsApp, inserting it into the field requested by Facebook.
