Tags serve as a more specific classification for the posts that have already been collected. You can think of Themes as categorizers of the posts collected by Groups. Through this automatic system classification, it is possible to assign other segments to the same post or specify what has already been selected in the Theme. To facilitate the process, you can expand or hide the sections corresponding to each step of the Search Configuration: The creation of tags can have various uses in research: it can serve as another level of classification for publications, complement themes (daily monitoring), or act as a temporary marker in situations such as campaigns, crises, problematic interactions - whichever fits best within your company's scope. Note: some symbols are identified as special characters, so it will not be possible to add them in this field. If you include one of these characters, a notification message will appear on the screen. If it is necessary to have more options for classifying tags, access the Rules & Automatic Classifications area of the system. There, you can define parameters to apply to publications.
