Introduction

Learn the first steps to set up the search that will guide your results in the War-Room STILINGUE.

Search configuration is a necessary step to collect and categorize publications and interactions on social networks, which can then be viewed and worked on within the platform.

The data brought by custom monitoring is intelligently structured, with many options to track the results of the reports presented in real time. 

In this guide, you will learn how to access the Search Configuration area and the complete materials. A well-executed configuration enables accurate content monitoring, consumes less of your day, and ensures excellent insights for your business. 

How to access

There are three options to access the Search Configuration area:

1. Upon logging into your account, click on the "Create New Search Dashboard" option:

 

 

2. To access a search that already has its configuration set up, hover your mouse cursor over the card and click on "Edit":

 

 

3. If you are already editing a search, find the configuration area in the Listening sidebar by clicking on Optimize > Edit Search:

 

Regardless of the chosen option, when you open the page, you can expand or hide the sections corresponding to each step of the Search Configuration. This feature optimizes page navigation and loading for searches with a significant number of Groups, Themes, tags, and other elements, allowing each section to be maximized or minimized as needed:

 

 

Note: The search editing feature is not available to all users, only to those with administrator, master, or custom permissions in the tool. These permissions are granted only by the master user. 

Attention: Currently, it is no longer possible to choose a custom color for your search; all searches have the default green card. This rule does not apply to existing searches, which will retain the color selected at the time of creation.
