Connection The first step is to check if your proprietary page is already connected to the platform. This step-by-step guide is available in our guide on Instagram Business. To enable the collection of Instagram profiles in your dashboard, it is necessary for the Instagram proprietary page to be: Connected to the research; Linked to the research; Active in the research. After that, you need to complete the following steps to set up Instagram Business Discovery monitoring: Profile registration in the monitoring area. To configure monitoring via Instagram Business Discovery, go to the "Add Profiles to Research" section in your Research Configuration. In this section, you will find a specific area for profile registration, as illustrated below. 1. Select the registered page in the left-hand field. 2. In the right box, enter the Instagram business profiles you'd like to monitor. The chosen profiles will be highlighted in yellow in the "Monitored" box, located below the input field. All profiles considered for the search that have a valid connection, without authentication failure, will be displayed in this area. Remember that for each registered profile, you can monitor up to 30 Business profiles. Attention! When adding a profile that doesn't exist or isn't of the Business type, or Creator, the message below will be displayed, and monitoring of that profile will not be completed. 3. Register the profiles in a Group Para allow all posts made by the page to be collected by the search without the need for matching the Search Configuration, follow these steps: 3.1. Click on the registered page, then in the "Sort into:" box, and select the group that will gather all the posts from the profile. 3.2. When selecting the group, an Instagram network operator will be created in the chosen group. Additionally, if you have a specific theme in mind that can tie together all the collected posts from this page. To do this, just repeat the process, but instead of a group, choose a theme. When selecting the theme, an Instagram network operator will also be created in the chosen theme. Attention! If you notice that you are not receiving posts from a profile you would like to monitor, check your email and your Search Settings. It's possible that the profile has been invalidated. In this case, you will receive a email from STILINGUE informing you about the incident, and the icon will be in red in your search. Delete it to free up space for collecting other profiles if you have reached your limit of up to 30 profiles. Also, check if Instagram is enabled as one of the collection channels: With these steps completed, your platform will be ready to monitor Instagram Business profiles. Note: The retrospective collection of Business Discovery fetches up to 100 posts within a 30-day interval. Currently, we have 3 sources for collecting Instagram posts: Via hashtags; Via business discovery (profiles set up in Edit Search); Via business discovery (profiles existing in the Influencer Center database). Only users retrieved from publications in the third topic (profiles existing in the Central Influencers database) are added to the user metrics and their publications update queue. It's worth noting that collecting posts from profiles registered in the Edit Research tool does not add the posts to the metrics update queue due to compliance reasons, as the same metrics update queue is used for collecting data from all clients. If a post is added and can be included in all searches as long as it matches the configuration, what cannot happen in this collection is that it should be restricted to the account in which the profile was registered.
