Collection channels January 18, 2024 12:26 Updated Index: Introduction How to access Introduction How to choose the channels you want to monitor in your research. Regardless of your social media monitoring strategy, STILINGUE offers a variety of channels to target and qualify your research. In the Research Settings of your panel, you can choose which channels you want to monitor. These are options for networks, websites, and blogs from where your research will collect publications. How to access Access the Configuration area from the side menu or the card - for more details, see the Create/Edit Research guide that is part of the Help Center. You can also expand or collapse the sections that correspond to each step of the Research Configuration to make the process easier: Clicking on each button, you activate (when it turns colored) or deactivate (when it turns gray) the collection on the specified networks. Remember that you can edit and save these settings whenever you need to edit your research. This marking to choose the collection channels works for organic publications, so if you do not select a channel, but have that network connected in the tool, through Manage Connections, the publications will go into the Proprietary Metrics area. In addition to the options on social media and blogs, the research can also collect TV, radio, and print programming. To access this type of material, you must contact your account manager. The purchase of this package is a feature offered separately. To continue configuring your research in the order of the features, click here to access the guide to “Final Settings”.
