Introduction

Sort and visualize the Retweets from your search efficiently

The rt* operator is a solution designed to categorize existing retweets in your search under a single theme, provided that retweet collection is enabled. This functionality is recommended if you want to more easily find only the retweets collected within a specific period for analysis, customer service operations (using STILINGUE Smart Care), or even create filters without the presence of these retweets.

 

How to access

Access the editing area through the side menu or the card:

Operator What does it classify? How to include?
rt:* All retweets found in the search from the inclusion of the operator. It is possible to reprocess to classify previously collected retweets. Insert the operator into a separate theme in the Search Configuration.

 

How it works?

The rt* operator is exclusive to themes and will classify all retweets present in your search. Therefore, it is necessary to include it alone in a specific theme to use it correctly.

 

 

After including the new theme and saving the search, the retweets classified in the theme can be selected by the Publication Filter and viewed in Overview:

 



It is also important to remember that retweet collection must be enabled in the Search Configuration, but keep in mind that this option may consume a high volume of your contracted plan. Discuss this type of collection with your STILINGUE Account Manager before enabling it.
