How it works

Discover the most used words by influencers in your search
The chart Influencers x Terms shows the relationship between the proportion of posts by an influencer and the most spoken terms by them within the analyzed filter. You can easily see which user has posted more words of interest for your brand or identify the origin of terms related to sensitive topics, for example.

To access it, locate the Discoveries - WHO Is Talking area on the left sidebar:

 

 

The social media of influencers are identified by color:

  • Twitter: light blue
  • Facebook: dark blue
  • Instagram: yellow
  • YouTube: red

Navigating through terms and influencers

When hovering over the influencer or term, the selected excerpt is highlighted, indicating the users who use these terms the most.

 

Clicking on Influencers or terms will display the Zoom function with more information about the selected publisher or term:

 

How can I export the chart?

At any time, the chart can be exported as a file in formats: PNG, JPEG, SVG, CSV, or XLS. Or as a complete report in PDF. Refer to the guide on Exporting and generating reports to understand this operation step by step.
