How it works To access the chart, you should locate the Discoveries section - WHAT They're Saying, in the side menu: The analysis can be performed according to the selected time interval and other filters. You can choose from the visualization formats: Sonar and Word cloud; Temperature and Sentiment. It's important to highlight that the chart visualization options are grouped. In other words, you select one of the modes, either Sonar or Word cloud, and analyse simultaneously the option of Temperature or Sentiment. Consider each of the alternatives: Sonar The Sonar is a more detailed analysis that shows not only the most popular terms among the publications in your search but also the relationship between each of the terms. This way, you can identify conversations and connections at each branching point between the words. Word cloud The Word cloud shows terms distributed according to their relevance within the context. The logic is similar to Sonar, with the size of the terms varying based on the volume of publications. Thus, highlighted words appear larger in the cloud compared to less recurring terms, while the color also varies between lighter and darker shades, representing the term's acceleration. Temperature After the terms are organized in the chart structure, you will notice that they have stronger (hotter) colors and lighter tones, with the color gradient extending up to red. This difference represents how much a term is more prominent in the research, meaning, hotter. Feelings Another possible visualization is selecting the sentiment of the terms, which shows the color variation from green to red. In this way, it is interesting to observe the origin of this term. To do this, just hover over the term, and if you want to take a closer look, you can click to identify under what circumstances it was collected. How can I export the chart?
