The Interaction Network maps user interactions over a period of time based on the selected filter. This way, you can detect user conversations and connections around topics of interest to your brand. You can access the Interaction Network in the Discovery - WHO is Talking section through the left sidebar menu: 1. Navigation Use the four cursors to drag the screen and navigate the graph. You can also drag using the cursor. 2. Network Legend The networks where interactions occurred will be highlighted by color: purple for Facebook, yellow for Instagram, and blue for Twitter. 3. Graph zoom Use the buttons on the graph's side to zoom in/out. How to interpret this graph? Interactions are represented by circles in the network. The larger the volume of interactions, the larger the circles. Larger circles can be identified as conversation hubs, allowing you to detect users engaged in the analyzed topic. In the illustration below, for example, we see that Paola Carosella's Facebook page generated various interactions, including terms such as: Vegetarianism, Healthy Living, Farmers' Dish: Zoom You can click on the point of interest to observe the posts and information that make up the graph through Zoom.
