How to access To start, enter through the Listening sidebar: The displayed chart can have its base altered by you. This means there is an option for analysis by group or by theme. By including one of the two, you can see the terms collected by the group, or if you prefer, publications (or another category) separated by each theme. Understanding the Chart 1. Analysis & Recommendations In this space, you can make notes in the system if you have any insights about the filter or need to document an analysis. 2. Groups (or Themes) The option you previously selected (item 4) is displayed. 3. Sample Here are the values from the chart: 3.1: The chosen theme will be indicated on the chart 3.2: The group from which the publication was collected will also be identified 3.3: According to the choice of the quantity of themes (or groups) determined in item 5, the number limiting the quantity of visible categories on the chart appears 3.4 Number of publications collected within the group 3.5 Percentage of the sample in relation to the other publications in the survey 4.
