How it works To access, locate the option in the side menu on the left side of the screen, as part of the Discovery area: To establish accurate ranking for your objective, the chart provides various viewing options: 1. Subway/Line Alters the chart's presentation. We will explore the characteristics of each model later. 2. Group by Modifies the time distribution on the chart, which can be by day, hour, minute, week, or month. 3. View by Organizes the results by Groups, Themes, or unclassified publications; 4. Show Top Groups/Themes Presents data for Groups or Themes separated by Top 10, 20, 30, or all; 5. Measure by Defines the measurement criteria for analysis, allowing you to choose between: Qty. Posts Qty. Shares Qty. Comments Qty. Likes Qty. Interactions (sum of shares, comments, and likes) Qty. Potential Reach (20% of the total followers/subscribers of the profiles and pages in this sample) Qty. AAA (STILINGUE metric for measuring influence on social networks) Note: when selecting any metric presented above, the number shown in the chart refers to the sum of interactions (shares, comments, likes, etc.) separated by day. For example, if you select "Qty. of Comments" it does not display posts that have the most comments per day, only the sum of those comments. Which view to choose, Subway or Line? The choice of visual presentation between Subway or Line does not affect the data to be analyzed; the ranking/evolution will be the same in both. Naturally, the higher the selected number (publications, for example), the higher the ranking. In Subway, we have a harmonious structure in which changes are established by the ranking position. Thus, we can follow the trajectory of Groups or Themes over a period of time, with the final position listed to the right of the chart. Important: the Ranking/Evolution chart, in the subway model, has a limitation where all groups/themes are selected, and some names are hidden due to space limitations for viewing. It is possible to view all the information contained in the chart through the legend, as we can see in the following example: In the Line view, the peaks are not defined only by the ranking position. Their distribution is based on the data that generates the analysis - in the example above, it is the quantity of publications. Although the ranking information is similar to the Subway, viewing in Line allows us to observe variations in the number of publications: It's worth noting that when hovering over one of the lines representing each Group/Theme, it will be highlighted in relation to the rest of the chart, also displaying more detailed information about that set of data. We can also isolate the Groups or Themes in the chart, as shown in the image above. Simply click on the respective names of the Group or Theme at the base of your chart to choose those that will be isolated. Zoom Regardless of the chosen view, you can click on the point of interest to observe the publications and information related to the Group/Theme through Zoom. How can I export the chart? At any time, the chart can be exported as a file in formats: PNG, JPEG, SVG, CSV, or XLS. Refer to the guide on Exporting and generating reports to understand this operation step by step.
