How to access The area WHERE They Are Speaking can be found in your left sidebar within the Discoveries module: 1. Highlight/Hide By clicking on the circles or lines, you can hide them and modify the information you would like to observe in the graph. Example: if you need to visualize only the distribution of positive publications and potential reach, click on the items you want to hide. To display them again, just click again. 2. Grouped/Bar Changes your view between Grouped mode (aggregates sentiment indicators into a single set, segmented by color) or Bar mode (distributes sentiment in parallel bars). 3. Chart elements In addition to observing the distribution of publications, you can track the Sentiment Index (purple line), which is the total of positive publications minus the negative ones. The blue line presents the data of Potential Reach, representing the sum of 20% of the followers of the unique users in the sample of presented publications. Hovering over the graph allows you to see more information about each of these elements: The percentages shown above the sentiment bars on the chart indicate how much the number of posts represents in relation to the whole. Therefore, the sum of the percentages on each distribution chart should equal 100%. Note: The chart does not include anonymous users in the calculation of Potential Reach. Charts You have four distinct visualization options for When They Are Talking, each offering unique analysis possibilities for your research. They are: Distribution by hour: with this option, you can easily identify the times of the highest and lowest volume of posts in the research. This chart is useful for daily analysis and crisis monitoring, for example. Distribution by day of the month: the graph's visualization covers the period from day 01 to 30 or 31, depending on the month. This distribution optimizes tracking the total volume of posts in the selected month filter and is suitable for more detailed reports presenting consolidated data for that period. Distribution by day of the week: the graph displays the information based on the day of the week within the filtered period. This distribution also serves to monitor image crises, campaigns, and other subjects where the variation between posts is significant throughout the week. Distribution by month: find out which month has the highest and lowest volume of publications published in your research. Another interesting chart for application in more consolidated analyzes is to check the evolution of publications by sentiment during a quarter, for example. Zoom By clicking on the bars indicating the volume/sentiment in the analyzed period, you open the Zoom and get more details about the publications. Access the guide to learn more about the functionality. How can I export the chart? At any time, the chart can be exported as a file in formats: PNG, JPEG, SVG, CSV, or XLS.
