How to start using the Twitter Enterprise API?

The first step to acquire Twitter Enterprise is to get in touch with your Stilingue success manager, who is responsible for overseeing the subscription, as it is an exclusive service. 

Once subscribed, the next step is the configuration within the search. To learn about these steps, access the guide. 

It is important to note that the basic subscription package includes up to 1 (one) million posts per month in your search, in case you need to search up to 30 terms. Each batch of posts is up to 1 (one) million. If there is a need to collect a volume exceeding 1 million posts or to search more than 30 terms at once, additional post packages can be subscribed. 

Note: If you have subscribed to the plan with 30 terms and include more than the limit, the tool will consider the registration order and prioritize the first terms for collection until it reaches 30. In other words, if 32 terms are registered, the last 2 will not be considered.

Specifications for Twitter Enterprise API data collection

1. Publication Volume

Even important to pay attention to the limits of the contracted package and the storage of the dashboard, as the collection volume will increase.

1.1 Contracted Package

If you have registered a term that generated a very large volume of publications, exceeding the limit of the contracted batch, the maximum volume of batch publications will be included in the dashboard. For example, search configuration A has the term "football" in the group related to Twitter Enterprise, which records more than 20 million publications in the database. If you have only contracted 1 (one) Twitter Enterprise batch, only 1 (one) million publications (out of the 20 million available) will enter the search. 

1.2 General publication collection 

If the search reaches the maximum contracted publication volume, the entire dashboard will be paused, including Twitter Enterprise.
