How to recognize a global page on Facebook?

Since Global Pages aggregate various pages of the same brand from different locations, they also have their own metrics resulting from the sum of individual page metrics. 

For example: they display the total number of brand fans, meaning all fans from all pages the brand owns. Additionally, pages in a global structure also have the option to change region, as shown in the image below:
