Most Engaged Users - Facebook February 15, 2024 14:26 Updated Discover the users who engage the most on your Facebook-owned pages. The most engaged users are those who interact the most with your page: comment on posts, send inbox messages, comments, mentions, and visitor posts. Learn who they are and how to find valuable information to highlight customers and potential interests in your brand. It is important to note that there is a difference between "Most Engaged Users" and "Most Engaged Fans." The "Most Engaged Users" are Facebook users who clicked on your posts, while the "Most Engaged Fans" are people who like your page and engage more with your posts. How to access The Proprietary Metrics module is where you can view data about connected pages from various networks and gain insights for your business. After selecting the page you want to analyze, choose the "Most Engaged Users" option from the side menu: On the next screen, you can see who these users are and what type of engagement they have: 1. Results per page Sample of users per page. By selecting a number, which can vary between 5 and 100, you decide how many users you would like to view on this page. 2. Photo User's photo on the Facebook profile. Note: Since it is proprietary data collection, users' photos appear normally. If they are not appearing, it is a limitation of the Facebook API itself. 3. Name User's username used by them on their profile on the network. 4. Username The user's "@" symbol. In other words, the identification chosen by them to access Facebook. In some cases, the name is different from the username. 5. Interactions Sum of comments, inbox, and publications. Each one explained below: 6. Comments Comments made in any type of interaction with the page. From a comment on a page's proprietary publication to a comment on a mention tagging the page. 7. Inboxes Number of messages that the user sent to the page via inbox. 8. Posts Here are presented evaluations, visitor posts, and mentions. Note: visitor posts are those that can be made directly on the page's wall if it is open for this type of publication. 9. Customer Service History If you want to analyze the user's page engagement more closely, click on this list-shaped icon to access the history of interactions made by the user, responded to using the platform. The "All comments" section shows what each item means. Here, you can check what messages were sent, as well as make notes on the customer service.
