Reach - Proprietary Metrics February 15, 2024 14:32 Updated Understand how the reach metric is used within the section that displays data from your proprietary pages. In the sidebar, click on Overview: What is reach? Reach is a metric directly from Facebook that shows the number of people who have interacted with a post on your page. In the case of this metric, even if a user has seen the same post 6 times, they will be counted as a unique user. Within STILINGUE, you can track these values by applying filters to two different metrics. Note: the metrics displayed in the Facebook Insights area regarding Reach are different from those presented by STILINGUE: in the Insights area, videos are displayed separately, and the metrics for people reached represent an estimate. In STILINGUE, videos published during the filter period are also counted as publications and appear in the Overview, within the Reach metric. 1. Total Reach Within the Overview, there is the Engagement Pyramid. To understand how these metrics relate to the construction of this graph, access the guide. One highlight of the graph is the Total Reach, which represents the number of unique users per view of a post. This data applies to organic or paid posts, check-ins, and others. 1. Average Reach Average Reach takes into account the Total Reach divided by the number of days in the filter. This value is presented in the system so that you can find out, on average, what the daily reach of the selected publications in the filter was. If the filter is as follows: Considered for 30 days. Therefore, to discover the Average Reach, it is necessary to take into account the formula: Total Reach / Number of days in the filter Looking for the Total Reach in the Engagement Pyramid, Average Reach = 3,279,457 / 30 Average Reach = 109,315.23 For more information, visit the discussion on the subject at our community or videos on our channel. 😃 Related articles Engagement Index - Proprietary Metrics Facebook Analysis - Overview Active Messages - Error Codes Reach X Engagement Index - Facebook Volume of Interactions - TikTok
