Frequently asked questions about operators that collect organic posts and comments in the search

1. Is there a limit of operators for groups or themes? 

Yes. The number of network operators is defined by plan, see what they are for each type of operator.

For the counting of the operator limit, each “operator:ID” set is considered a unique operator. In other words, if the same “operator:ID” is used more than once in the Search Configuration, whether in Groups or Themes, it will be counted only once in the search operator limit.

Attention! If you notice the need to increase the limit of operators in your search, contact your account manager (CS) so they can check values and availability.

2. What happens if I put more operators than allowed in the group? 

The collection of excess operators will not be counted within the search. This is because if you include more operators than allowed (per plan), this action will be blocked by the system.
