Overview

The new "Bulk Annotation History" functionality allows users to view all bulk annotations they have made during the day. This feature is useful for tracking each user's daily activities.

 

Functionality Specification

  • The "Bulk Annotation History" screen will display only the bulk annotations made on the current day by the logged-in user.
  • The list of annotations will be presented in descending order, from the most recent to the oldest record.
  • The list of annotations will display the following information:

Date

  • Time: including hours, minutes, and seconds.
  • Number of affected posts: total number of posts affected by the annotation.

Status

  • Failed to annotate: in case there was any processing failure.
  • Completed: annotation successfully made.
  • Processing: annotation is still ongoing.
  • Annotation type: Inclusion and/or removal
  • Annotation performed: tags, sentiment, themes, etc.

 

This new functionality will allow users to track their bulk annotation activities more efficiently and organized, providing a clear view of the work done during the day. Additionally, it will be possible to quickly identify any issues that may have occurred during the annotation process, enabling faster and more effective corrective actions.
