This integration enhances data analysis and monitoring capabilities, providing new opportunities for our clients to connect with valuable insights from this growing social network. With the new functionality, Bluesky posts and their metrics are now directly collected by our platform. The collection is based on the terms registered in setup groups, enabling users to follow relevant discussions and interactions for their brands and sectors in the Listening module. Similar to other social networks, automatic sentiment classification of interactions will also be available through our AI, along with the ability to create themes and tags. Available Metrics in Bluesky Collection: Number of Posts: Monitor the total posts made on the network to gain a broad understanding of user behavior regarding your brand or a specific topic. Automatic Sentiment Analysis: Bluesky posts are collected, and sentiment is automatically applied. Bluesky Posts in Studio: Analyze Bluesky posts directly within Studio. Bluesky Posts in Radar: Posts will also be visible in the Radar module. Automatic Engagement Metrics Updates: Metrics such as likes, shares, and comments will be updated daily. Retroactive Bluesky Collection: If you need to gather historical data from Bluesky, you can contract this service. Replies Collection: Comments on Bluesky containing terms set in the search configuration will also be collected.
