Overview

We have introduced a new feature on the Automation screen in Listening, called "Create Recurring Cleaning." This feature allows users to create automations for cleaning the panel regularly, making it easier and faster for users to manage.

 

Functionality Specification

Only users with permission to create automations can use this feature to create a Panel Cleaning rule.

Mandatory fields:

  • Name
  • Fields related to "Remove collected posts older than"
  • At least 1 filter
  • Fields related to "Recurring every"

Optional fields:

  • Automation description
  • Checkbox "Run the first cleaning after saving" - if selected, it runs the panel cleaning with the selected filtering upon saving.

 

We hope this new feature can simplify the daily tasks of users who need to perform regular cleaning on their panels.

Add an update stating that it is only possible to delete collected posts up to a maximum of 12 months and that this can be done recurrently every maximum of 12 months.
