Through the data collected by STILINGUE, you can analyze the main brand reputation indicators of your app. With this functionality, you can collect scores from reviews and comments left by users. The process to connect your proprietary Google Play page is different from other proprietary connections. Check out the step-by-step guide below to access this feature. How to Connect First, you should connect your proprietary page in My Connections. The icon can be easily identified on the platform's homepage. There, click on the Google Play icon, and then click on Add Connection. When you click on Add Connection, a pop-up will appear with instructions on how to set up the Google Play app to have the necessary access and permissions. The Google Play connection on the platform is divided into 3 parts: app configuration, Google account connection, and STILINGUE account connection. The instructions are provided step by step in the pop-up, as well as below: Application Setup 1.1. Access the link: http://play.google.com/apps/publish 1.2. Log in with the owner's account. In other words, the account that created the application. 1.3. On the left side menu, click on Settings 1.4. Click on the API Access option 1.5. Click on the Create a Service Account button 1.6. Click on the link 1.7. Click on Create Service Account at the top of the page 1.8. Enter the service account name and click Create 1.9. Grant access to the service account for the project 1.10. Select Role > Project > Owner and click 1.11. Click Create Key 1.12. In the right sidebar, select the JSON option and then click Create 1.13. Wait for the file to download and save it to your computer. The file will be used at the end of the account connection process. 1.14. Close the pop-up and click Finish Connecting Your Google Play Account 2.1. Access the link: http://play.google.com/apps/publish 2.2. On the left side menu, click on Settings 2.3. Click on API Access and then on Grant Project Access. 2.4. Select: View App Info and Respond to Reviews. 2.5. Click on Add User to complete this process. Connecting Your STILINGUE Account 3.1 Enter the application's URL. To access the application's URL, go to the Google Play Store (https://play.google.com/store), search for your application, click on it, and copy the link from the address bar, which is your URL. 3.2 Upload the JSON file generated in step 1.11 to the provided area in the Pop-Up. Click on Finish to complete the process. To start the collection, link your Google Play account to a survey and activate it. To do this, simply select the surveys in the field below the card and, finally, click on the little power button in the right corner of the card.
