Introduction

Check out the initial steps to connect your company's pages to STILINGUE. 

Connecting your proprietary pages is done within the My Connections area and must follow a specific sequence of actions for each social network. This step is essential for the tool to collect posts, interactions, and metrics related to your company's pages.

To perform your connections, click on the Menu located in the upper right corner and select "My Connections" to open the Proprietary Connections Management. It is on this screen that you will connect (and subsequently manage) your proprietary channels. 



Each social network has specific permissions for connections in external applications like STILINGUE. If you have attempted to connect a proprietary page for the first time and did not succeed, please check your login or permission level within the proprietary page before proceeding.

How to select proprietary connection credits

Before setting up your proprietary connection, it's essential to specify where the available credit for the research will be used, according to the chosen plan. A window will open with your total credits. There, it will list and will also list the module options that can be connected to your proprietary page: Proprietary Metrics, Smart Care, or both. 

Note: The credit system applies to all proprietary channels, except GMB (Google My Business) connections.

After establishing the connection, the card related to the proprietary page (located in the Proprietary Connection Management screen) will indicate the credit used as per the displayed icons: Proprietary Metrics or STILINGUE Smart Care .

In the image detail below, both icons appear on the card - which means credits were used for both Proprietary Metrics and STILINGUE Smart Care.
