Introduction
Classify and respond to Threads interactions using the STILINGUE platform. Threads is a social network focused on real-time public conversations, where users can post short messages and interact through replies, likes, and shares. Integrated with Instagram, it allows creating posts with text, links, images, and videos, as well as following discussions and profiles of interest in a format similar to forums or microblogs. By including Threads in STILINGUE, you enable connection with users of your proprietary page, facilitate contact with them, and achieve greater assertiveness in response analysis.
How to start collecting?
If you do not yet have any Threads profile connected to STILINGUE, below are the necessary details to perform the connection and ensure collection.
My Connections
The first step to having Threads as a proprietary channel is to connect the page within the My Connections area. To perform the connection, it is necessary to:
Access the Publications Wall or Smartcare conversations.
Access the icon in the upper right corner of the screen;
Click on My Connections;
Choose the Threads platform;
Click on “Add Connection”;
Perform the connection.
When clicking on "add connection", a pop-up will open on the screen. For the connection to be activated, it is necessary to authorize STILINGUE to access the Threads account, and all “Manage Access” options will already be activated automatically.
It is necessary to keep all options activated and click on “Continue as {username}” for the connection to be completed.
Attention! Deactivating some of the options in "Edit access" may generate authentication failures in your account.
The page renewal token is valid for 3 months. After this period, you will need to perform a manual refresh (disconnect and connect manually).
The connected page becomes available as a card within the Proprietary Connections Management. After completing this step, it is necessary to activate the card referring to your page.
In order for the data to be accessed within the tool, the page must be linked to an existing research. Inside the card, select the desired research, click OK, and activate the button in the right corner (the color will change from gray to green). By following these steps, you ensure that the page data collection is performed correctly.
