Introduction

Learn how to connect your company profiles on Twitter.

The connection of your proprietary pages is done in My Connections. Access the initial tab for more information on how to access this area and the connection options for different social networks. In this guide, we will specifically discuss Twitter.

First, go to the Menu located in the upper right corner, click on "My Connections" and wait for the screen of Proprietary Connection Management.

 



Initial requirements

To connect your company's profile on Twitter, it is necessary that you (or the user responsible for the connection) are "logged in" to the profile at the time you enter the My Connections area. 

Important: Before starting the procedure, check if the pop-up in your browser is blocked, as this function may prevent the profile from being connected. To learn how to configure the pop-up in Google Chrome, click this link.

 

Connecting the profile 

When accessing the Connection Management, you will see all the proprietary channels that can be integrated into the tool. Connected pages are also available in this area if they exist. 

 

To link your profile, click on the Twitter icon and go to the Add Connection box. A new window will open, requesting authorization for use by STILINGUE. After confirmation, the profile will be linked and will appear as a card within the Proprietary Connections Management.

 



 After completing this step, it's necessary to link the profile to an existing survey and activate the card so that the data can be accessed. Within the card, select the desired survey, click OK, and activate the button on the right corner (the color will change from gray to green). By following these steps, you ensure that the data collection from the profile is done correctly.

 

 

Note: Pay attention to the green notifications in the bottom right corner of the screen. They indicate that the actions have been successfully completed.
